Entry Fee: $20 per person for each team a person rides on.  Participants are welcome to enter on multiple teams.  Kid's half time event is free, may only enter once.  Participants must be 14 years old or older to participate on a 3-Person Team.  Kids must be 9-15 years old to participate in Kid's event, and may not participate on a 3-Person Team if they ride in the Kid's event.
ANY FOUR OF THE FOLLOWING EVENTS WILL BE HELD AT EACH TOURNAMENT

Calf Branding - With or without horses the team must subdue a calf, move it to the "fire", drop it (gently) to the ground while one member of the team dips the branding iron in the "fire" (a pail of flour) and "brands" the calf on the left flank.  Fast time wins. 
Team Sorting - Team members move cattle in numerical order from one side of the arena, through a gate to the other side of the arena.  Moving cattle out of numbered sequence or having cattle return throught the gate is cause for disqualification.  Three minute time limit.  Fast time with most cattle moved wins.
Team Points are earned by placings: 15 Points for First, 14 Points for Second and so on thru 14th place.  1 Point will be awarded to each team finishing in 15th place or below who have completed the course within the time limit, with no disqualifications.  ALL EVENTS HAVE A THREE MINUTE TIME LIMIT.
Trailer Loading - Team members move a herd of cattle or a single head up an alley way into a stock trailer and close the trailer gate to stop the timer. (Or some variation of this event as determined by the Tournament Secretary).  Fast time wins.  (Stock Trailer Provided.)
Cowboy Nerf Action Shooting - Team members use Nerf Guns (provided) to shoot targets from horseback.  Each team member has 3 Nerf darts to shoot at 1 assigned target.  Fastest time plus number of targets knocked down wins.  Dropping gun, knocking target over with anything other than the Nerf dart, not being on the horse or a fall from the horse will be a disqualification.
Stampede Scramble - Team members must scramble out of their sleeping bags, mount their horses, scurry after the loose cattle, driving them back in to their pen.  Fastest time wins.
Tomahawk Ball Run - Two barrels are set up at opposite ends of the arena, one is a closed topped, the other an open topped.  Team members ride around the barrel at the far end of the arena and drop a tennis ball into the barrel on the way back to the start/finish line. Rider must be on their horse at all times on course. Fastest time plus number of tennis balls in barrel wins.  No points awarded if none of the team members get a tennis ball in to the open topped barrel.
Non-Traditional Barrel Racing - Team members run the cloverleaf barrel pattern (on horseback) at the same time, follow the leader style.  Riders must stay in the same running order throughout the course. 5 second penalty for each barrel knocked over.  Fastest time wins.
Cowboy Trail Class - The class is split in to 3 stations. Each rider on a team negotiates a station. As one member finishes a station, they tag the next team member by slapping hands.  Any 3 of the following obstacles may be used: roping/dragging a log or dummy object, mailbox, open/close a gate, backing through objects, up to 16" jump, river crossing (tarp, cardboard, mud or real water), carrying groceries, outhouse obstacle. Fasted time plus most stations completed wins.
Bovine Dash Race - Team members on horseback attempt to run a single calf (cow or steer) through the start/finish line, around a barrel at the far end of the arena and back through the start/finish line.  Fastest time wins.
Uno Penning - Team members on horseback attempt to single out one calf (cow or steer) from the herd and move it through a gate in to a pen or designated area.  Fasted time wins.
Bovine Bowtie - Team members (with or without horses) tie a ribbon around the calf (cow or steer) tail and it must stay securely on the tail for 5 seconds.  This event may be varied at the discretion of the tournament secretary by having the ribbon removed from the animals tail instead of being tied on.  Fasted time wins.
??? Mystery Event - To be announced at the start of the tournament by the tournament secretary.  Event will be explained at that time.
Kid's Event - any one of the following may be run at each tournament: Cloverleaf Barrel Pattern, Ribbon Ride, Egg in Spoon, Dash Race, Tomahawk Ball Run, Keg Race, Mystery Event.  Event will be explained or demonstrated just before the event is run.
Ranch Hand Relay - Each team member runs a lap around the arena then passes a pop bottle to the next team member until all 3 have run.  Fastest time wins.  If you drop the pop bottle you can dismount, pick it up, remount and continue your lap.
